Agreement
By using the platform you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific addenda.
Use of Service
- No unlawful, abusive or high-risk data usage.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer core models.
- Fair usage within plan limits.
Availability
We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and upstream provider outages.
Liability
Indirect or consequential damages excluded. Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in preceding 3 months.
Termination
Breach may result in suspension or termination. You may cancel anytime; unused partial periods are not refunded.
Changes
Material changes posted here with effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
